"Just didn’t feel right for my baby"
I really wanted to like the Boba carrier, but after trying it a few different times, my baby just looked uncomfortable every time. He kept fussing and seemed kind of squished in there, which made me nervous instead of reassured. The straps felt okay for me, but if my baby can’t settle in it, what’s the point? it made me lose trust in it quickly. Not worth it for us

"Easy exchange, but felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered the wrong size by mistake and was expecting the exchange to be a whole hassle. It did end up being simple, and the new one arrived faster than I thought it would. Support replied quickly, but their message felt a little dismissive, like they were just rushing me through the steps instead of actually acknowledging the issue. Still, the process worked out fine in the end, so I can’t complain too much

"They did the right thing"
I had an issue with my order, and customer service got it sorted out really quickly without making me jump through hoops. i appreciate when a company owns a problem and fixes it instead of giving people the runaround. Good experience overall.

"Surprisingly easy for both of us to use"
I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit both me and my husband since I’m short and he’s much taller, but it ended up being so easy to adjust. One minute I was annoyed thinking we’d have to keep fiddling with it, and the next I was relieved because we both got a comfy fit really quickly. Baby feels snug and secure in it too, which makes me feel a lot better using it.

"Really comfy and support was great"
I reached out to support and they got back to me really fast. The carrier feels so much better on my back than my old one and I’ve been way more comfortable using it.

"Maybe I expected too much?"
I bought a carrier from boba.com and I’m kind of kicking myself over it. At first it seemed fine, so maybe I’m being too picky, but after just a few weeks the stitching near the straps started coming loose.
I wasn’t exactly putting it through anything intense either, just regular walks and errands. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better, but now I’m wondering if I should’ve done more research before buying it.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered Boba pearls waiting almost three weeks for them to arrive felt unreasonable. What made it worse was the lack of clear updates, which just isn’t a fair way to treat customers who’ve already paid. I don’t mind a delay if I’m kept in the loop, but leaving people guessing isn’t right.

I ordered from boba.com the material is just okay. It feels soft enough and does the job, but I wouldn’t call it premium or anything! After using it a bit, I’m already wondering if it might wear out faster than I expected. The stitching is mostly fine, though I did notice a couple spots that felt a little cheap? Overall, not terrible... just kind of average for the price.

"Comfortable, but it heats up quickly"
It’s comfortable enough and my baby seems fine in it at first, but it definitely gets warm fast. After even a short walk, we both end up a little sweaty, especially if it’s even slightly warm outside. I kind of get the feeling they focused more on making it feel sturdy and look nice than on real airflow, because the fabric just doesn’t breathe as much as I expected. It’s fine for indoors or cooler days, but I do wish it felt lighter

"Okay for short trips, not great for longer carries"
I wanted to like it, and to be fair it might work fine for quick errands or shorter use. But for me, my back started hurting quickly, so I wouldn’t choose it for longer carries.

The site was easy to use and checkout went quick. I found what I needed without having to click around a bunch, which usually means the whole store is good in my opinion. Nothing really confusing came up, so I was happy with it.

"Easy to wash, but the drying instructions could be clearer"
It cleans up just fine and is easy enough to wash, which I appreciate. The only thing is that it takes a while to air dry, and I wish the instructions were a bit clearer about the best way to dry it

"Good boba without the ridiculous price tag"
It’s kind of refreshing to find a boba place that doesn’t make you feel like you just got robbed for one drink. The drinks actually taste good, the prices are fair, and the value is solid. I’m tired of paying way too much for mediocre boba, so this was a nice change. I’d definitely order again.

"Felt Safe Ordering Here"
ordering from boba.com felt safe the whole way through. Checkout was simple, the payment page looked legit, and I got confirmation emails right away so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening. I didn’t notice any weird charges or random spam afterward, and my order showed up just fine. I’d be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Worked great for my newborn"
This was really soft and easy to use. My baby seemed snug and comfy in it right from day one, so yeah, it worked well for us
